Shopping Therapy

It always feels great to have a nice day off from work.  In order to make this day a little bit nicer is shopping!  A weekend before last, I was able to spoil myself just a little bit of shopping.  Not to mention,  decided on not to cook.  I was determined to just enjoy myself and splurge.  Shopping was going to be my therapy.

Welcome Back...

A weekend before last, I decided to go to Clothes Mentor.  It has been years since I have went this store.  When going into the store, I forgot on how much I loved it.  The clothing in the store are always to die for.  I was just browsing around the store until I found this nice hunter green kimono by Knox Rose.  I tried the kimono in the fitting room.  After looking in the mirror, the kimono looks great on me.  The hunter green color look beautiful on my complexion.  Giving my skin a natural shade.  The hunter green color was everything.  But, the floral print is what makes the kimono cute.  The colors red, orange, and peach in the floral print is what gives the kimono its spring look.  They have no problem allowing the kimono to look natural on the body.  With its pure resemblance of real flowers, the floral print is what gives the kimono life.  This kimono is going to be cute for the wardrobe.

The Bottom…

The flower print on the kimono were so beautiful.  I just had to find a nice bottom and shoes to match it.  I browse through for bottoms in the store.  It did not take long for me to find this cute skirt from Bebe.  This red colored above the knee skirt had no problem bringing out the floral print of the

kimono.  Giving the flower print a beautiful exposure on the kimono.  The skirt matches absolutely perfect with the red color used in the floral print.  Allowing the color red to present itself more into the attire.  Allowing the attire to come together in one piece. This skirt is a great fit for the kimono.

The Shoes…

The skirt was just so perfect for the kimono.  When looking throughout the store, I got lucky.  I was able to find some lovely shoes to match so perfectly with the kimono and skirt.  Not mention, theses babies are by Coach.  These ballet flat shoes are to die for.  The body of the shoes are chocolate brown.  The chocolate brown was covered in floral print.  The top of the shoes were the color red-orange.  Not to mention, the top of shoes have turn locks on them.  These shoes is what

really completed the attire.  Just like the skirt, the toes of the shoes were able to match perfectly with the flower print on the kimono.  Exposing the colors red and orange more within the kimono.  The shoes grasp into the rest of attire with its colorful style.  Allowing the whole attire to look like a nice spring outfit.  These completed the attire.

It felt so good to use shopping as my therapy.  To come back to a store and just splurge a little bit.  Last weekend was well needed for me.
