Autism Awareness Month
The month of April is known for Autism Awareness Month. During the last week of this month, I decided to bring awareness with makeup. I decided to play around with the color blue. The color blue represents Autism Awareness Month. With this cool calm color, I was able to put a little spin to it on the beautiful brown eyes. With my creativity, the color was going to look dazzling on the eyes.
Sunday…
I started this week strong by using my Javia’s Place’s “The Candy Shop” eyeshadow palette. I applied the cotton
candy blue as my base color. This color appeared dark on the eyes. However, I found just the perfect color to lighten up the cotton candy blue color. I went back to my eyeshadow palette. I applied the color cream on top of the cotton candy blue color. The cream color was able to expose the cotton candy blue color more on my eyes. Giving me a gorgeous look. Last but not least, I went back to my eyeshadow palette. I blended in the color sparkling white with the cream color. The cotton candy blue color was able to shine bright more into my beautiful brown eyes. Giving me a look that I can easily bask into. As usual, this eyeshadow palette made my face look fabulous.
Monday…
On the next day, I went to my Revolution’s “Disney’s ‘The
Little Mermaid’” to get the perfect base color for the eyes. I used the color waves as my base color. This light blue color was able to brighten up my eyes in such an adorable way. With this color, I wanted to maintain its brightness. I went to my Juvia’s Place’s “The Nudes” eyeshadow palette. I applied the nude color on top of the the waves color. This color was able to allow the waves color to shine bright within the face. The color nude’s brightness was able bring out more of the waves’ color. Allowing the eyes to look more gorgeous and innocent. I went back the my second eye shadow pallet. I blended the color sparkling nude within the nude color. This beautiful color was able to allow the eyes to glitz with poise. With the entire look being finished, my eyes looked marvelous. This shade of blue is just so divine for the eyes.
Tuesday…
During the next day, I decided to use my Juvia’s Place’s “The Candy Shop” eyeshadow palette again. I liked the cotton candy blue so much, that I
wanted to use it as my base color again. This time, I wore the color as is on my eyes. To keep cotton candy blue color dim on the eyes, I went back to my eyeshadow palette. I applied the color coral pink on top of the cotton candy blue color. Giving me such a colorful look within the face. Last but not least, I went back to my eyeshadow palette. I blended in the color sparkling coral pink with the color coral pink. This was able to allow the secondary color to sparkle within my face. Allowing my peers at my job to love my eyeshadow makeup. This makeup was just beautiful on the face.
It felt great to bring awareness during this month in a creative way. It felt great to to see on what the mind can do with just one color. While bringing one awareness to the center of attention , it can influence others to know the importance of the awareness. During this month, it felt great to know have more information about autism.
