While it is getting colder here and there for the winter season, it is always best to keep the beautiful feet warm.  One of the best things to wear for this season are the combat boots.  Combat boots always keep the comfy and unique.  With these babies, the feet cannot do no wrong of looking and feeling great for the beautiful cold outdoors.  Despite of these bad boys being great, these babies were not always loved by everyone.  Check out the evolution of today's hottest boots.

History...
It is no secret that combat boots came from the military.  However, the footwear everyone know of today was not pleasant from the beginning.  Combat boots first started off as buckled boots.  During the English Civil War, there were three sets of boots for soldiers to wear. Every time soldiers had to march, they would have to change their boots in order for the boots to be worn evenly.  Lace up combat boots were first introduced during the Nepoleonic wars.  Instead of being a left and a right shoe,

these boots were intended on shaping themselves around the soldier's.  These boots caused blisters on the soldiers' feet and were very uncomfortable.  During World War II, double buckled boots were issued to soldiers up until the year of 1948. During the Vietnam War, the United States went back to lace up boots. Today, the United States combat boots are found in two different styles. The first style is the 2.51pound temperate weather boots.  The second style is the two pound got weather boots.  Today, these two military boots are here to stay.

Brace Into The Fashion World...
When combat boots was first introduced into the fashion world, not everyone was wearing them like are today.  Combat boots were mainly worn by goth, punk, and industrial children.  This fabulous footwear stepped into the fashion world all the way

back to the 1960's in the British starting with the Dr. Martens boots.  In the 80's, combat boots took over the United States all thanks to punk rock and goth.  In the 90's, this footwear was slowly but surely easing its way to the everyday trend.  From hip hop, to high fashion.  Combat boots can set the trend for everything.

Today...
Today, combat boots are found almost anywhere.  They could be found worn with dresses, urban styles, and not to mention in casual attire.  They are no longer advertised for punk rock or goth.  More people are styling up these bad boys and are wearing them with great purpose.  Today, combat boots came a long way compared to 60's from the 90's.  No longer are these boots categorized of being two styles.  No longer

are these boots limited to certain type of people.  Instead, everyone who is anyone can wear these bad boys with passion.  Just style these babies the boldest way ever and an outfit could be great.  The combat boots is the thing to have in anyone's closet.

From starting to the military.  To being the thing in England.  From only being loved by only goth and punk. To bring loved by almost anyone.  Combat boots are the kicks to live and rock to throughout the winter season.
